The Velvox Scam Prevention Bot may collect the following types of data:
- Message Content: The bot monitors and analyzes messages within servers where it is present and direct messages (DMs) to detect potential scam activity. This includes checking message content against a database of scam signatures and URLs. It doesnt save any message data.
- User IDs: When the bot processes messages, it may use user IDs to identify and interact with users, especially for sending warnings and updates about potential scams. This has to be manualy opted in with the command /allowdmwarning
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Scam Detection: To identify and alert users about potential scam messages.
- DM Notifications: To notify authorized users or the user who sent the suspicious message about potential scams.
- Command Functionality: To enable and manage bot commands, including adding or removing users from warning lists.

We do not share or sell your data to third parties. Data is used solely for the functionality of the bot and is not stored or retained beyond the immediate purpose of message processing.
